The System toolbar, also referred to as the Admin toolbar, is located at the top of your webpage when you are logged into your website. Your user rights will determine which buttons are available. Below is a view of the complete toolbar as seen by the Site Administrators and others who have been setup with these options.

See the list below to see what each toolbar option will do:

Logout - Click the Logout button to exit the system.  The "Hello ....." information displayed is the first or last name of you user profile on My Page.  The Global System Variables manager controls which name is displayed here.

Childpage - Hover the mouse over the Childpage button when you want to add a new page to your website.  A list of available Pagetypes will be displayed.  Click the Pagetype that you wish to add to your website and it will be added as a Childpage to the webpage you are viewing.

My Sites - Shows you all a list if websites that you can access. For most customers there will only be one website in this list.

Site Menu - Displays the site map for your website. You can use this menu to quickly navigate to one of the pages on your website.

My Page - Personal information page that includes your Home Page setting, your name and email address, password and editor settings.  You can find more details on this page by clicking the My Page Overview here.

System - Available to System Administrators and users with special permissions.  It allows the administrators to create and manage, users ,groups, site settings, page types, site design and much more.  Authorized users can also control workflows, digital assets, syndication, email broadcasts, and a variety of other system monitoring and maintenance functions. These options vary based on your system configuration.

Share - Add-on feature that allows the user to share published page content with social media such as Twitter.  The button only appears if your site has been configured with this add-on functionality.

Help - Click the Help button to access the online documentation for ACM.  You can also find your current ACM version by selecting About ACM in the dropdown menu.
