Below are instructions to resolve athlete ages listed incorrectly in Athletes screen.

1. Go to Setup > Preferences > System Preferences
2. Change System Age-Up Date to correct date
  • Note: Check Always Age-Up To Today to automatically age-up swimmers every time Team Manager is opened
3. Click Age-Up 
4. Click Yes to confirm
  • Note: To age-up specific meet: go to Meets, highlight meet, and select Age-Up
  • Note: To age-up specific team: go to Teams, highlight specific team, and select Maintenance > Age-Up
