- In Meet Manager go to Set-up, Athlete/Relay Preferences
- Select the option Enter Athlete Status
- Next go to Athletes, and double click on an athlete whose status needs to be changed
- In Status drop down box select Disability
- Enter appropriate Disability Codes
- For Track & Field - T is for Track Events, F is for Field events
- For Swimming - S is for free, back & fly, SB for breast, and SM for individual medley
