If you are receiving a 'Please contact active administrator error' when uploading meet results, please follow guide below.
  • Note: This error is normally caused by bad split times, if you do not have Team Manager please contact meet host for a result file without splits or contact hyteksupport@activenetwork.com

  1. Open Team Manager
  2. Click File
  3. Click Import
  4. Click Meet Results
  5. Select meet results file
  6. Import meet results
  7. Click File
  8. Click Export
  9. Click Meet Results
  10. Un-Check Export Splits
  11. Click OK

  2. Hover over the Action Tab
  3. Click Upload Results
  4. Select the new result file 
  5. Click OK
  6. Results should now upload without issue.
