If you receive an error in either Meet Manager or Team Manager that it needs to close, or an error in the secure channel support and software is on current service pack update
  1. Hold down windows key on your keyboard and tap letter E to bring up File Explorer
  2. On left side of screen double click on This PC, then on Local disk C, then on Hy-Sport folder
  3. Under it click on folder for software - SWMM7, SWTM8, TFMM6 or TFTM4-2
  4. Next use slide on far right side of screen to slide down in selected folder
  5. You're looking for file called reg.bat - or just reg if Windows is set to not show common file extensions

  1. Right click on reg.bat and select Run as administrator
  2. After doing so go back and open software
