Below are instructions for updating a parent or staff member's login email after logging into LeagueOne.
1. Navigate to People > Staff > Manage Staff Information
2. Enter keywords into First Name and Last Name
3. Click Find
4. Click staff member's last name
5. Under Email insert new email address
  • Note: If email address they wish to change login email to is under email, then parent or staff member logged into public portal and changed their contact email address
  • Note: In this case, enter placeholder under Email (I.E. > Click Update > Repeat step 5
  • Note: If email address under Login Email does not update it is because email address is in use on another staff member within LeagueOne
6. Under Login Email, click Create 
  • Note: An invitation to create user id will be sent via email
7. Click Update
