Here is an example of membership online registration process by using registration link:
- Open registration link in browser
- Note: Firefox and Chrome recommended
- Note: Click here to learn instructions on Obtain Registration Link of Membership Program
- Type in email address once registration start page is loaded
- Note: The original url will be redirected to a general link "https://membercui.active.com/membership/membership-reg/enterEmail" now. However, this should not be saved for new registrations. Only the original Registration Link of Membership Program can be used to register successfully
- Login existing ACTIVE.com account or create a new one
- Under WHO IS THIS MEMBERSHIP FOR, choose Single or Family Membership
- Note: ACTIVE.com user profile is automatically displayed under MY INFORMATION
- Under Membership Information, choose if this is registering for Myself or Someone else > Click Continue
- Choose membership program and package > Click Continue
- Answer all form questions > Click Continue
- Checkout with payments
