In order to transfer a registration, the recipient will need to provide credit card details during the process in order to complete the transfer. The transfer function is designed to issue a refund to the original registrant when the recipient completes this process.
Note: Once the recipient has accepted and completed the transfer, the original registrant will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. If a transfer fee is applied, it will be deducted automatically from the refund.
Example: If the original registrant paid $25 and the transfer fee is $5, he/she will be refunded $20.
