Below are instructions for team captain to update team password after logging into ACTIVE.com and accessing My Events at https://myevents.active.com.
  1. Find the target event registration
  2. Click into Team center
  3. Click pencil icon User-added image on upper-right
  4. On Edit team info pop-up, find team password in box under Access
  5. Enter a new password as needed
  • Note: You can also toggle team access between public and private.
