For tournaments that are setup as Tournament Director Selection Process, tournament directors must select and process players after the online entry deadline. Once selections have been processed, players are immediately charged the entry fee and sent an email confirming their registration for the tournament. If a player's entry fee payment fails (due to insufficient funds, credit card has expired, cancelled by issuing bank, issuing bank has a different billing address on file) the player(s) are sent an automated email to immediately contact the tournament director. Tournament Directors can only process and charge players once. If the payment method fails, the Tournament Director will have to collect funds from the player(s) offline via cash or check. 

To check on this information, you can run the Alphabetic Entrant Report to check for CC Authorization Failure. This report can be found using the Tournament Administrative Reports. If the payment was unsuccessful, $0.00 will show under the Paid column for the player and (CC Auth. Failed) will be listed under the player's Event
