Failed Running Calculation Ranking Error

If you are a ranking administrator for your Section or District and receiving the "Failed - Running Calculation" error in the rankings program, it is most likely because there are Default Codes being used that are not assigned to a Default Group for the ranking list. To resolve the issue, follow the steps below to assign the Default Codes to their Default Groups:

Note: Once all Default Codes have been assigned to a Default Group, the ranking lists will need to be run again

1. Login to Rankings program
2. Identify Default Code Definition used

3. Click Default Codes tab
4. Click Default Code Definition link
5. Click Edit Default Codes

6. Identify Default Code(s) not attached to Default Group
7. Click Edit

8. Choose Default Group from drop down
9. Click Update
