To set up your new swimming program registration without USA Swimming Membership purchase options, follow the steps below: 
  1. Click the Create program button on your home page to create a program from scratch
    • User-added image
    • Note: Please DO NOT copy from your past program. 
  2. On the Program Details page, select Governing body as Other/Not Applicable and the following fields, click Save  
    • Program type
    • Season, Name
    • Team name
    • Team abbreviation
    • User-added image
  • Note: See Program Details for more instruction on setting up each field on this page. 
  1. Edit groups for season programs or sessions for lesson programs or clinic programs (step 2), click Save 
  2. Edit prices and billing, click Save 
  3. Edit discounts and fees, click Save
  4. Edit form questions, click Save 
    • Note: USA Swimming required registration form questions will not appear on this page. 
  6. Include additional purchases, click Save
    • Note: USA Swimming membership and LSC fees(if any) will not appear on this page 
  7. Create waivers, click Save 
  8. Edit confirmation email, click Save 
  9. Set registration dates, click Save 
  10. Create ACTIVE.com listing, click Save 
  11. Associate a Location and Activate the program, click Save
